These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MindStack website at mindstack.cloud (the “Site”) and any related services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us
MindStack is an AI software studio based in St. Julian’s, Malta. You can contact us at hello@mindstack.cloud.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that could damage or disrupt the service or other users.
3. Bookings and enquiries
Booking a call or submitting an enquiry through the Site is a request to arrange a conversation; it does not create a binding engagement or guarantee availability. Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and MindStack. We may reschedule or decline a booking where reasonably necessary.
4. Intellectual property
MindStack-owned products, software, designs, text, graphics, and other original materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, client materials, news headlines, and linked articles remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence, permission, or another applicable legal basis. A source credit or link does not transfer ownership to MindStack.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
