These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MindStack website at mindstack.cloud (the “Site”) and any related services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

MindStack is an AI software studio based in St. Julian’s, Malta. You can contact us at hello@mindstack.cloud.
2. Use of the Site

3. Bookings and enquiries
Booking a call or submitting an enquiry through the Site is a request to arrange a conversation; it does not create a binding engagement or guarantee availability. Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and MindStack. We may reschedule or decline a booking where reasonably necessary.
4. Intellectual property
All products, software, designs, text, graphics, and other content on this Site are original works owned by or licensed to MindStack and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
