Where the deep Sicilian culinary heritage meets the fresh waters of the Maltese coast. A rustic haven of slow-cooked seafood, poured wine, and family tradition.
In 1968, Nonno Giuseppe brought his family's recipes across the Mediterranean, settling right here on the Maltese coast. He believed in three simple things: the freshest catch, robust olive oil, and the slow simmering of tomato sauce.
Today, three generations later, we still wake up before the sun to meet the local fishermen at the harbor. We still roll our pasta by hand on the same wooden boards. It is a labor of love, served straight to your table.

No meal is complete without wine. Our cellar boasts a curated selection of robust Sicilian reds, crisp coastal whites, and excellent local Maltese vintages, perfectly paired with our seafood.
